C++ Software Developer

As Software Developer you are part of our R&D team in Timisoara, Romania, working on leading print workflow management product for government, corporate and commercial segments. This work includes SW design/architecture and engineering processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the design of feature or function level;
• Understanding the implication the overall SW design/architecture has for this design and communicating issues regarding the feasibility of such a design within the constraints of the overall SW architecture;
• Acting in line with departmental and project guidelines;
• Acting as a team member and ensures an adequate level of know-how for the Engineers in the team;
• Being responsible for input in the planning process;
• Inspiring fellow engineers to get the job done;

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering;
• 3 years of professional experience with C/C++ technology;
• Nice to know: Windows driver model (Kernel-Mode), Print driver architecture, Print spooler architecture, InstallShield 2015;
• Experience in modern Software engineering methods (preferably agile) and processes;
• Knowledge of design methods and engineering processes;
• Willing to follow and improve the existing working methods (code review, unit tests, etc.);
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment;
• Good communication skills, enabling successful interaction with team members;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
